Matt over at IGN Wii got wind of this bit of news from Daily Tech. According to Microsoft’s Group Manager John Rodman, Nintendo Wii players will outgrow the system as soon as their voices start to change.
“We don’t feel like the Wii customer and the Xbox customer are the same thing,” Rodman reportedly said. “We think that as soon as the Wii customer turns 14, they want something else.”
Matt’s reply couldn’t have been put any better, “Whoops. We must’ve missed that memo. And so did our parents.”
My wife and I are 63 and we love Wii!
I’m 30 and the wii rules.
PS3 and X-box (like the kids like) are fun to look at, but the Wii is a party.
fun and social for the whole family…or a crazy party group (of any age).
I’m 22 and I love the Wii!
Pah, I scoff at Microsoft. Scoff scoff scoff. My two best friends and I are all 15-16, and we think the Wii is awsome.
